By accessing and using Tool Fusion (toolfusion.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

Tool Fusion provides free browser-based and cloud-assisted media utility tools, including GIF creation and conversion, image compression and resizing, video processing and formatting, and lightweight client-side calculators. The service is provided free of charge, supported by advertising.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tool Fusion only for lawful purposes. You expressly agree that you will not upload, process, or distribute any media that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Contains sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits minors.
• Contains malware, viruses, trojans, or any computer code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or harassment against any individual or group.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Over Uploaded Content

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any media files you upload to Tool Fusion. Tool Fusion claims no ownership, license, or rights to your files. We only process your files for the express purpose of executing the conversion or optimization command you request.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tool Fusion is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tool Fusion, its founder Hafiz Abeer Ahmed, or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.
